Moderate is not a political party or a segment of a party.  Moderate is not compromise or one size fits 51 percent.  A Radical Moderate is the most essential player of any democratic government.  Again radical means working from the deep center and not simply the shallows of the political extremes. Extremists don’t have policies. They have orthodoxies and dogma.  Within those rigid orthodoxies may be some working material, but it takes the Radical Moderate to refine dogma into democratic policy that actually serves the material needs of We the People.  We have had enough abrasive bluster from the right wing with actual damage done, and we don’t need to hear the same from the other shallow end of the political spectrum. 

I have just heard the first arguments against the ‘Woke Right Wing’ where the truly unhinged woke right hopped aboard the MAGA ship to promote hatred, racism, misogyny, and so forth.  This writer is neither anti or pro woke because it seems woke, as a concept, contradicts itself to death.  Woke as a label gets pinned to both the right and left of the political spectrum. The term is hugely unfortunate because being awake is what we all have to be to save ourselves from the nonsensical memes that are suddenly the basis for governance in America. More than ever we need the power of deeper wisdom to speak and respect the mother tongue, whatever the language of that tongue. 

Modest Proposal for Good

The far right and the far left will never unite.  Rather than run a forced choice campaign between the two we must acknowledge that intentional, engineered unity can only occur out of the deep radical center.  We need to connect in a meme-free zone to solve our mutual problems around shared values. The Good Decision model is developed around the wiring of human beings (universally shared neurology) and it seems the human body is, by natural design, a moderator to accomplish safety and cooperation.  Good Decisions are made around the mutuality of physical bodies and language and not on the court of competition. The milksop of the compulsive compromiser, despite what is currently believed, is not the Radical Moderate.  Lets become what we are and get to work recentering shared values for this beleaguered nation.  That would be good.
